Hiya Everyone ! I hope you all had a wonderful week & are looking forward to a fab weekend! It’s been so lovely here that I haven’t been bothering with much computer/designing time. I hate the heat, but I love to see Connor’s little face light up when we get to go outside and play, or go on a fun day trip. This week, I want to hear about your favorite designer, kit, product, etc (not necessarily affiliated with ssd of course)!

Sometimes I just stop and think about how thrilled I am to be part of such a fab community. The talent we are surrounded by constantly is astounding. I still, 1 year later, can’t believe how lucky I am to be part of the SSD family. Every designer here brings their own special piece to the team. I may not fall in love with the girlie stuff (even after being forced into designing it hahah jk), I may not know how to use templates, etc etc, but everyone’s products and dedication blow me away each and every week.

If I had to pick just one designer, it would be my dear darling Shawna Clingerman. I love her to pieces, as a friend and a designer. I’m glad that I found her, that we decided to work on the Extreme collection together, that we chat every stinkin day, that even when she abandons me mid conversation her hubby will pick up the slack {haha}.. Yes, I’m feeling all sappy at the moment (though she DID tell me to post about this topic and said “just write about me”). When you can pair great friendships with your creative passion & outlet– well there’s just nothing better. That is what SSD has given me..far more than a place to sell my designs, it’s given me a place to feel at home.
