Next on my list to see is “Ratatouille”! 🙂 I don’t get a chance to watch many movies, but of those I’ve seen recently, I’d recommend the Spiderman series…resisted seeing them for so long and very sad I did!

I don’t watch many movies but my all-time favorites are Gone With the Wind and Message In a Bottle. I don’t really care for action movies too much but I thought Transformers was good too!

I love movies and my taste runs all over the map. Some of my taste can be pretty out there and not for everyone, so I’ll play it somewhat safe with my list. Most of these are a few years or more old.
Fried Green Tomatoes (love the story, love Mary Stuart Masterson)
How To Make An American Quilt (before Winona Ryder began acting crazy and everyone started hating on her… I love how they intertwined all the stories in this and thought this movie deserved a lot more respect than it got, plus I can totally relate to Winona’s character)
Where the Heart Is (I was expecting nothing from this movie and ended up really loving it. Probably could’ve been a really bad movie in the wrong hands, but Natalie Portman + Stockard Channing = couldn’t help but love it )
Almost Famous (Patrick Fugit was so damn adorable, and I love pretty much the whole cast)
About A Boy (total delightful surprise of a movie and not at all what I expected)
Finding Neverland (everyone should see this movie if they haven’t already… beautiful story, brilliantly acted) and while we’re on the subject of J.M. Barrie…
Peter Pan (2003) with Jason Isaacs, Lynn Redgrave and Jeremy Sumpter as Peter Pan. I don’t know that a lot of people saw this version of Peter Pan, and it’s really quite delightful and magical.
It’s far from an exhaustive list of movies I like, but it’s a nice little list to check out if you’ve never seen them before, or you have and realize you might like to see one or two of them again.

I love mushy, lovey, feel good, movies (chick flicks). My all time favorite so far is Sleepless in Seattle. I just saw a cute new one with Catherine Zeta Jones called No Reservations. I really enjoyed it but don’t don’t how to tell you about it without giving too much away! Check it out if you like food and love stories.
